BAKED TOFU

These actually taste like French fried, but are made of tofu! So tasty and a great source of energizing vegetable protein.

Serves 3 - 4

Ingredients: (serves 4)
One block of tofu
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Dressing:
3 TBSP fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves pressed or finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/3 cup olive oil

  1. Take one block of tofu and cut it into 1/4 inch thick fingers.
  2. Drizzle it with a little olive oil or coconut oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Broil or bake 1/4 inch sliced tofu for 15-20 mins on a baking tray.
