MACRO CHOW

This is a delicious, easy and very satisfying and energizing breakfast.
Ingredients:
Pre-cooked mixture of whole grains (e.g. oats, millet, brown rice, quinoa,
etc)
Almond, rice, soy or low-fat organic milk
1 Banana or apple
almond butter
cinnamon
cardamom
yogurt (optional)
Instructions
Heat some almond (or other) milk in a saucepan. Add as much cooked grain
as you want. Add chopped banana and/or other fresh or dried fruit and nuts.
Stir a few times as the chow heats. Serve in a bowl with yogurt or nut
butter, cinnamon, cardamom or whatever takes your fancy.
