Millet Burger and Sesame Gravy
Ingredients:
3 C. cooked millet
1 carrot, grated fine
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ C. whole grain breadcrumbs
3 T. roasted sesame seeds
1 T. tamari soy sauce
¼ tsp thyme or marjoram
½ tsp sage, rubbed
¼ C. fresh minced parsley
