MISO SOUP
Recipes

Ingredients:

2 and a half cups of water
½ block firm tofu, diced
½ sliced carrot
1 cup leafy green vegetables sliced e.g. kale, collard greens, spinach etc
1 green onion, sliced fine
1 Tbsp. Barley miso

Instructions:

  1. bring water to boil and add carrots, simmer for 5 minutes
  2. add tofu and cook for 5 minutes
  3. add green onion and green leafies and simmer briefly
  4. turn off the heat and dissolve miso into soup by stirring it through a strainer.
