MISO-TAHINI DRESSING/SAUCE

To serve over grain or steamed veggies:  

Ingredients:

1 cup of tahini (sesame butter)
2 to 3 tbsp. miso
1 lemon juiced
water to thin

Instructions:

Place tahini, lemon juice and miso in mixing bowl with a dash of water. Mix with a spoon until a creamy consistency. Add more water as necessary to reach the texture you desire.

Variations:

  1. (i) add 2 cloves of finely minced or grated garlic
  2. (ii) add 1 to 2 tsp ground cumin
