Radish Salad

Ingredients:

2 Bunches red radishes
¼ Cups herb vinegar, preferably basil vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
½ Teaspoon dried ground ginger
2 Tablespoons minced parsley
Salad greens

Directions

  1. Wash and thinly slice the radishes; place in a small bowl.
  2. Combine the other ingredients, except the parsley, add one tablespoon water, and pour over the radishes.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Marinate for half an hour, then add the parsley.
  5. Serve on salad greens, torn into bite-sized pieces.
