Red White and Blue Salad

Ingredients:

4 C. young salad greens
1 bunch red arugula, stemmed
1 C. flat Italian parsley, stemmed
1 C. basil, stemmed and shredded
1 sweet onion, finely diced
1 C. goat cheese
1 pint blueberries, stemmed
1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes, stemmed
1 C. walnuts

Directions

  1. In a serving bowl, toss greens and herb gently.
  2. Top with cheese, blueberries, and tomatoes.
  3. Pass with spicy salad dressing - Serves 8.
