Sesame Gravy

Ingredients:

1 C. water
1 heaping T. kuzu
3 T. sesame seeds
2-3 tsp tamari soy sauce

Directions

  1. Roast the seeds by stirring in a skillet over medium heat until they smell nutty and crumble easily between thumb and forefinger.
  2. Grind into a butter in the blender.
  3. Dissolve kuzu in cool water, then combine all ingredients and heat. Stir until it thickens.
