Spring Tonic Soup

Sip this incredibly green brew for a light breakfast or supper.

Ingredients:

Broccoli
Turnip Greens or Bok Choy
Parsley
Green Onion

Directions

  1. Very finely chop 1 ½ cups of mixed, fresh spring greens.
  2. Heat 1 C. water, add greens, and simmer for 5 minutes only.
  3. Puree in the blender.
