Private yoga sessions are tailored precisely to your individual needs and desires, affording you all the attention you need to feel confident learning and practicing yoga in a way that suits you. Private yoga sessions can be gentle, moderate or vigorous according to your taste, but are always fun, and inject you with a feeling of clarity, vibrance, and energy.

Yoga sessions are offered individually for 60 or 90 minutes for $100 and $150 respectively. They can also be combined with bodywork in a 90 minute session - half yoga, half bodywork - for $150.
